Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Tea

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • juice of half a lemon (or lime)
  • 1 pinch  black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  1. Boil one cup of water

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and enjoy!
